How is Mccain qualified to be President?

To me, McCain is not qualified to become a president. He is not for the US as a whole. He only wants to support the troops, the war, and elderly. You can't be biased when it comes to being a president. He even admits to not being well versed with the economy. We are in a recession and this type of guy is running for presidency?
