Has anyone got really sore this early?

The sore s part I can totally relate to. I knew a few days after conceiving that I was pregnant just by the soreness of the girls. But the fever or you being very hot doesn't really sound like a symptom. That could be something unrelated. I would definitely be on the look out for other symptoms. And then test in a week or so if you don't start your period next week. But sore ...yes, high indicator! My husband couldn't even brush past my bra-covered without me wincing in the beginning!
